I hate you Ruby Vincent.This book was everything that I didn't know I needed.But that cliffhanger, tho... 😳😳😳I loved every second I spent reading this. Em and these boys are something else and I am HERE FOR IT!!!I have some suspicions about Brandon that, if I'm right, will destroy me. 😭😭Royal is perfect. Cas and Clay are perfect. Hiro is a mystery, but a perfect mystery.I was rooting for Cam to become her bff so I am really looking forward to their relationship to grow. 🥰🥰This book has everything I love right now. Bullying, Alpha asf males, mystery, angst and a badass fmc.Read this and thank me later. 😘

Okay first off love ,💘 every character like Jesus the detail of each one was amazing ,and the freaking ending (which was a cliffhanger ,but still.) was amazing like plot twist alert man .

I have been in a major book slump for awhile and this book pulled me right out of it. I almost didn’t give it a chance because of the cover, I just wasn’t a fan of it.But the story! Ahhh. It has everything you could possibly want from a RH high school Romance without being juvenile. For me this had the feel of Hannahford prep but was a completely different story.Emery is left and orphan along with her brother after her parents conned everyone in town and split without them.They get sent to a prep school by their estranged aunt and uncle. Hated by everyone in school for what her parents did Emery has to survive her senior year surrounded by stuck up mean girls, a gang, and threats from unknown source.5***

I loved this book! It sucked me in from the very beginning. There were so many unexpected twists and turns. I couldn’t stop reading it. I’m very excited that the next book will be out soon!

I'm blown away! I've read all three books now, and the story line just kept on going and I never got tired. I had to force myself to shut of the light and go to sleep! I was drawn in, the characters were well developed and the depth to this series - I'm not sure I can convey just how much I really loved it! There's a lot of great stories in this category, and this is among my top 3! I've read some of Ruby Vincent's other books as well, and they are all high quality. This series is my top favorite from her so far. Thank you for your wicked mind!

Ember and her brother Eli, I fell in love with them in the first chapter. There is so much history between a lot of the characters but it all boils down to one thing, Ember must pay for her parents con & she must protect her brother while doing it. I really enjoyed this first book and am diving right into the next, that cliff hanger as me screaming! That whole last chapter caught me off guard! Ruby will have you falling for the characters and gasping at the twists.

Such a good start to a series. Ember has been through so much but just keeps proving how strong she is. We get a glimpse of who the guys are but I’m excited to see these characters grow in the next book.

So, wow! There were a lot of things in this I wasn’t expecting. The book is very good. There is a bit of spiciness, but not a ton. In fact, this is way tamer than most books I’ve read. There is a major web that will leave you guessing. You won’t be disappointed.

it was enjoyable, became better the more i read the book and more readable as time went on (as in it flowed better). Slightly diff from other books in the bully genre. Good storyline, ends in a startling cliff hanger (cliff hangers are something that I cant stand) however in this case it didnt distract from the book. I liked that more information was revealed as time went on but it didnt feel as though that information was missing leading up to finding things out.Will def buy the next book.

This was a good start to a new series and I can’t wait to see what happens in the next rest of the series.So many twists and heartbreak. Ember and her brother being left behind for a crime her parents have committed. The whole town and school not believing her and demanding the stolen money back. FROM A CHILD! Why they think she’d be able to pay that all back is beyond me. She goes through a lot in this book, but I’m here for the ride. Let’s see where this story takes us.

Oh. MY. GOD. what a book!!I have to say... It starts very slow but it grows every page until the last part... Jeez I am still shaking.Loved it ❤️. This book should be 10 stars!
