USA Standard Gear set - Not YUKON - But still good!
Got this for excellent sale price and then when box came said USA Standard Gear and not Yukon, I then called Yukon and where customer support informed me the item is incorrectly listed as a Yukon set in error. Amazon again is listing incorrectly, but the set is still similar to Yukon with the only differences between sets is Yukon has extra crush sleeve x2, and Timkon bearings, where the USA Gear set has Koyo bearings. That in a nutshell is this kit which is still excellent and made for Yukon Dura-grip carriers or Eaton Posi units, (per Yukon customer service), but always verify your aftermarket carrier before hand will accept these bearings or things will not fit correctly.

Not good.
Wrong parts. I tore down my diff only to find that this kit is not the correct one.I have a 1999 Dodge Ram VAN 1500. I know that 1999/2000 is a changeover year for 9.25 axles, so I checked Yukon’s website to verify application and part number before ordering. Received it in good time, but the sent bearings and races are too small. The pinion crush sleeve was much longer than my original. No cover gasket (as pictured) was sent, either. The parts came vacuum packed on cardboard cards. Mine had no numbers or description on either of the two cards. Who knows what was sent, because there’s no way to tell, other than by trying to read the bearing and race numbers, but you have to open it in order to do that.So now I’m dead in the water until Monday to see if I can pay more for individual parts locally vs. a kit. Thanks Yukon Gear! You can just guess whether or not I will be ordering anything with your name on it the future.

Same quality as factory
GM certified master tech:Koyo bearings are of a similar quality as factory AcDelco bearings. Used these on a 2000 suburban with 300k miles, noisy rear end was quiet as a mouse after. I would recommend using a GM crush sleeve as the one provided in the kit is much stiffer and hard too crush, which could lead to over torqueing the pinion nut and to much preload on the pinion bearings, however the shim kit provided has very nice stackable shims as thin as .005" making for fine tuning backlash and preload of the carrier much easier.

Incomplete Kit for a 1989 Jeep Wagoneer Dana 44 front axle
Amazon says that this kit fits the 1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Dana 44 axles. I dropped off my axle, new gears, and this master kit to be installed. It DOES NOT come with a slinger washer for behind the pinion shaft and both of the inner axle seals were WRONG for the axle. Now I'm out additional money because they had to buy these items for the install and I get charged for it. That's not cool!! Either Amazon needs to take this vehicle off the list of autos it fits or USA Standard shouldn't say that it includes ALL items needed to rebuild the axle.

Quality Kit
I am happy with this kit and its pricing. The bearings and races were Koyo, a top quality bearing manufacturer. The carrier bearings were USA and the pinion bearings were Japan. The kit came with left hand threaded ring gear bolts, though I didn't use (need) them. It came with several pinion shims and a set of sandwich shims from the carrier bearings. It also came with a differential cover gasket, crush sleeve, thread locker, 1-1/4" pinion nut, a pinion seal, gear marking paint and a brush. It even had a little instruction booklet, but it was pretty general information. It had information about pinion pre-load specs, but from what I found on the internet, the specs provided were on the low side. So check the FSM for what GM has to say on the issue, if you can find one. I found that diluting the paint with one part paint and three parts gear oil worked very well. It was every thing in the picture, plus the gasket. Shipping was priority mail and I had it in three days of ordering. Its a nice, quality kit packaged on a shrink wrap type of blister board so that things don't bang against each other in shipping.

Has everything I needed to install a locker and gear.
I used this to install a Grizzly locker and everything went in just fine. The shims are mostly 0.007" and the thick shims ARE beveled to sit properly with the housing. The crush sleeve takes A BUNCH of force to actually crush down so be prepared. The ring gear bolts look stronger than stock and they worked perfectly with Ford 4.10 gears. The bearings are MASSIVE. Seriously. They're something like 4.125" in diameter.

Great value on quality parts
Not sure why this kit is so inexpensive. It uses quality Koyo bearings made in Japan and the US. The only reason I can see for its low price is the kit was not packed in its original box. However, the seller included the original box end flap showing the USA Standard Gear P/N and description. Score!Just noticed the "YK" kit costs nearly 4 times as much as this "ZK" kit, probably because it uses Timken bearings. Makes no sense to me because Timkens can be made outside of the US, and I don't see how they can be significantly better than a US- or Japanese-made KOYO. And I've read where KOYOs are used in all kinds of Japanese car and truck applications. Maybe someone can enlighten me.

Quality Bearings
This kit is for a Ford Sterling 10.25 differential. Have not installed it yet but if there are any issues I'll come back and update this review. The Amazon listing said the kit contained Timken bearings but the bearings are Koyo. I'm OK with that and the Koyos are at least as good as Timkens and likely better. The parts all look good.Parts were good but the packaging was terrible. Everything was in a thin plastic vacuum sealed package that came apart inside the box. The bearings were all rattling against each other but no visible harm. The exterior box was just fine, it was the internal packaging that needed help. They should spend another nickel and wrap the parts in bubble wrap. I didn't knock off any points because this is a product review, not a seller/packaging review.

Wrong parts or wrong kit!!
Even though it stated that it fits my 2012 Ram 4x4, IT DOESN'T!!! the only thing that was the right fit was the carrier bearings. The ring gear bolts, TOO SMALL. The pinion bearings, WRONG sizes, the pinion nut, WRONG SIZE. Plus missing shims which I didn't need anyway. My red seal mechanic that rebuilt hundreds of differentials calls me to tell me that this is the wrong kit! I had to buy the pinion bearings and nut locally at the dealer which charged way too much!! I will be returning the parts that didn't fit and will demand my money back.

Value and quality
The installer said this was a really good kit and everything went together really well.

Not a master rebuild kit
Doesn't include ring gear bolts even though it states in listing there included. Not a master rebuild kit if everything is not included.

Lacking everything needed in my opinion
2 out of the 4 bearings (the side bearings) were not KOYO as stated. From my online research I found out the supplied bearings were .002 smaller I did not use them and had to source them from Toyota. I also did not use the supplies outer pinion bearing.I would not order again.

Great Quality
After receiving the wrong kit, Amazon quickly sent the correct one. Very good quality set. Mine had Timken bearings in the kit and it is contains pretty much everything you need to overhaul the differential (short of the tools of course). Would buy it again for sure.
