i absoultly love this product since i have been using it my acne has gone down so much has almost cleared completely...ive had acne for about 5 years now and ive tired all sorts of lotions and potions and nothing has made any different only made it worse, this is my life saver love it.

works for me
I understand that these don't work for everyone but I feel they certainly help to clear my skin. I don't have major problems but when I have a breakout my face tends to clear up a lot quicker. when I take these continually I have noticed that my complexion just looks more even.

TEENAGE SPOTS
I USUALLY BUT THESE FROM HOLLAND AND BARRETT, BUT CANT ALSWAYS GET THERE. MY SON IS 13 AND IS NOW GETTING THE TEENAGE SPOTS, LUCKILY THEY DONT SEEM TO BOTHR HIM YET! BUT AS A PRECAUTION HE HAS 2 A DAY THEY DO SEEM TO HELP HE IS ONLY GETTING A FEW AT THE MOMENT BUT I HAVENOTICE AN IMPROVEMENT. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
