This is only about 3 ft tall, but with the addition of the second Happy Birthday banner, it worked perfectly for my balloon garland! The material was quality and very sturdy! With the addition of the hanging holes already built in, I used a 260 balloon to tie the ends to my balloon frame and hid the ties with balloons! It worked perfectly! The event was outdoors, but it didn’t move in the wind once secured properly!

Buying items on amazon, is often times a risk. You never know if the quality will be great, eh, or bad. Let me tell you, this one is GREAT. The reviews are right, and I'm just here to add to those. The print is vibrant just like the picture, it's clear, and the fabric is kind of like a thin canvas, not papery, so it won't rip. And it's kind of matte, which I liked. My son loved seeing this as one of the decorations when he woke up for his birthday party!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these banners. They were much less see-through than I assumed they would be. It made a great backdrop and table banner for my kid's monster truck party.
