Columbia Sportswear Blood and Guts III Short-Sleeve Woven Shirt

I prefer the Blood and Guts III over the Tamami II because it has a better shape when being worn. There is a double seam that runs across the chest just above the pocket flaps. This construction (seam and flaps) allows me to leave the second button unbuttoned without the fabric flapping around and exposing too much of my hairy chest. The Tamami II is too blousy and doesn't look like a proper shirt.I usually wear a size large in a shirt of synthetic fabric but both of the above fit me perfectly in a medium.My Silver Ridge shirts fit best in size large. I have a 17" neck and my waist is 38" Columbia is my favorite brand for hiking shirts and pants.

Nice breezy fit. Plenty of ventilation on the back. Sub-pockets under the primary breast pockets are just a tad too small for me to purpose at the moment, but I'm sure I'll find something to go in there eventually.Holds wrinkles so make sure to avoid any heavy folding or creasing if you want to keep a clean look. Favorite part is the snag resistant material which keeps it from catching on velcro hooks.My new favorite short.

The no stain part works. I got fish blood on my cotton shorts and this shirt. The blood came out of the shirt the first washing. I had to use spot remover and wash the shorts three times to get it out. The shirt looks good right out of the dryer...no wrinkles. When I bought this shirt I was afraid it would be hot, but it was not.

fresh, light and as advertised dirt and grease are washed away easily. good shirt for a Hot summer day
