Should I take it off when sleeping or showering?

If you shower without a filter I recommend taking off the necklace. Of course you should sleep with it better sleep! I will work in my shower because our use a knee can shower filter head. Do not wear it in the swimming pool with chlorine. You want the technology to work for a long time. Otherwise wear it all the time

How long does it take to work?

I had one before so I fell right into it. But when I started it took a week.

BEWARE 50% Restocking Fee on Returns

Necklace did not work for me. The worse thing is that they charge a 50% ($75) restocking fee. Very much Un-Amazon like.

this is a beautiful necklace

I am happy with this Nikken necklace, it is the second one I have gotten, the first was many years ago and I liked the links better on that one as far as looks, also I never had to polish it, this new one needs to be polished with a polishing cloth ,however I noticed that after wearing this necklace after a short time my neck and shoulders became relaxed and comfortable, so I am happy about that. that is the reason I purchased it. I got this one because I have misplaced my original one and I like the way It makes my driving ,looking over my shoulder, easier and more flexible and safer as well as making my jaw feel better as I have a bad habit of clenching it when stressed or while sleeping

necklace made of real magnets that probably can penetrate. other necklaces with dot magnets very thin and small maybe could work on surface of skin is all, if that. i held these dot magnetjewelry by a compass and compass has to practically touch it to move needle slightly very weak.

Calmed me down

This worked better than I thought. I wear it all day and it keeps me calmer than Ithought it would. I don't wear it at night as it's a little too heavy for me to sleep in.

like it almost as most as first ones

it looks good, isn't quite a long. but it seems to have a permanent twist that makes it tangle up. i also keep forgetting to take it off before i get in the shower. i wish i knew why i had to do that. it says to, but i have yet to find out why.
