Product didn't work worst experience ever
I received this product. It didn't work so I sent it back for return. They've held my refund hostage for over 30 days. They continue to push back the refund so I can buy another printer for my small business. They had the product for over 3 weeks. I would recommend never buying from this company.

Not as advertised
The media could not be loaded. First printer was sent New York, they corrected but came five days later. Then when opened box. You can tell nothing was done to the printer far as cleaning. They just squired and boxed up. Not what I paid for. Used refurbished. Printer works for now. It's a work horse though. Not as published. I also just waited to post to see if it will break down. Pix posted was from the day I got it. No kind of cleaning of printer was done.

Don't buy used like new
It looks like someone beat the hell out of it. Used like new...used and used hard wud be better term
