Not bad but much room for improvement
I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. It's really hard to find a good dish rack. Hard to believe right?First some pros:1. Good accessories. The hooks, cutting board slot and chopstick slot.2. Innovative curved bars (which doesn't work perfectly though, see below). You can tell that the designer tried hard to design something that is multi-functional and different, however it's again one of those products that were well thought of but not tested in practical use. As long as they tried it themselves, they'll discover and fix flaws like:1. It wobbles. No big deal, we just stuff one of the feet cover to make it stable.2. The side of the bottom of the chopstick slot needs some enclosure otherwise chopsticks slip out from time to time. It's an annoying little thing that can so easily be prevented yet nobody does (I have another container with similar problem). It should be in Design 101: if you expect to put slim stuff in vertically, enclose the bottom!3. The upper level drip tray gets in the way when you try to put things on the bottom level. It's a problem because it's not fixed to anything and moves once touched. We just don't use it.4. The biggest problem is some of my dishes don't fit. Small plates slip through top level. Yet they and slightly larger bowls are too large for the bottom level because the bottom is divided into 2 columns and each column is TOO narrow. There are 2 bars separating the columns and there is a significant space between them. I think they wasted too much space. They could instead not align the two columns which requires much less space in between.5. It's overpriced.I searched and compared so many products to decide on this one but I can't say I'm not a bit disappointed.Update 7/7/2017: added one star since the seller has reached out and been trying to offer good customer service.

Cute and a space saver
This dish rack is sleek looking and a great space saver. I like the way it looks and it takes up less counter space than the usual dish racks. I also like the cutting board/baking sheet holder on one end and the cutlery/knife holder on the opposite end. I don't think you can necessarily get more on this rack than a standard rack because this is much more narrow. And due to the drip tray under the top rack (a feature I really like) you can't put very tall things on the bottom rack. But overall, I think it's easier to organize my dishes in this rack and it's easy to use the space efficiently.

Best Dish Rack I've Ever Had
Hi, I'm a 69 year old retiree that still doesn't put everything into the "dishwasher/sanitizer". I still wash some dishes, bakeware, knives, pots and pans, serving utensils, etc. I needed a rack that could handle larger items and didn't have one of those matts that will get moldy and cause slime to on your sink top. The cool compartmental and stacking capabilities of this rack are great and the drain trays are easily removeable to be washed frequently. Each area has its own drain tray to and none of them touch the sink top to cause any mold or mess...Yeah! I give my 5 Star rating after using this rack since March of this year, so it has been tested for 7 months in my house and is exactly what I needed for my dish drying needs. Thank you for such a great product.

Disappointed
Well I just bought this item and have used it once so I can't speak to durability but I'm pretty disappointed considering all the positive reviews I read. First it has a place to hold chopsticks but not silverware and you can put silverware in it but not many and the fall out easy. The plastic water trays are flimsy and don't fit well so when I bumped it with my hand it came out and water went everywhere. Tall glasses can't filmy in the bottom and overall it just doesn't hold nearly as many dishes as I would like. There are no sides so you can't stack them. I can't imagine it will fit large pots well. Also the legs don't all touch the countertop equally so it's wobbly. I'm hoping to return this and keep searching. Is there any good non rusting metal dish racks out there!!!??? Updated from two stars to three due to prompt refund.

It’s very good
It’s medium-sized, I would’ve liked it to have been bigger, but it’s very good.

perfect size dish rack
After reading many reviews on multiple sites about rusting dish racks, we decided to order this one. I am a big fan of stainless steel products. This one fits just right partially over the sink, or turned either way beside the sink. Our sink is also stainless steel, so it matches perfectly. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the silverware holder. It is too small, and items always seem to slide thru the openings. Would actually rate this at 4.8 stars.

Getting used to it..
Overall, I like the size and it fits perfectly where we needed it, and just getting used to it because it is different from the average plastid drain rack that we are used to. We took the top drip pan off and that created a lot of extra space on the bottom and also allowed for things to hang through the metal bars, like lids and straws on water bottles It is sturdy and can hold a lot of weight.

Efficient, versatile, small footprint, pretty design, holes in bottom of basket allow silverware to drop through
Love the removable trays to catch the drips. Love the streamlined footprint for my tiny kitchen. Love the versatility. Love the nice shape. Love the utensil racks. Love the silverware baskets. But OOPS the silverware baskets have holes in the bottom that allow silverware handles (and chopsticks!) to fall through but the baskets are too tight to allow hands to go in and retrieve them!

You get what you pay for.
I bought it because it doesn't rust because it is made out of stainless steel. It can be placed anywhere because it doesn't need to drain into the sink.
