I like the product but it came all scratched up. There were these odd black brick like things in the box that scratched the machine all over it during shipping. I tried to magic eraser it but it won’t come off. Also the top of the silver wear container came broken as well. For how expensive this was it should not have come damaged and broken. Disappointing.

For reference I purchased the non-drying version.So I have a super small kitchen and have grown weary of hand washing all my dishes. I started cooking less simply so I had less to clean - not a healthy choice. My under cabinet space is short so I could only find a few units that MIGHT fit. This one just squeezes in and is very tight. Anyway...It cleans just fine.It's surprisingly quietThe programming is simple and easy to useMy real complaint/issue is the rack layout doesn't accommodate my dishes very well. There are LARGE gaps in it that allow things to fall through easily and hinder the rotating sprayer (I've had to pause the wash numerous times to readjust the dishes and clear the path for the sprayer). Finally I had an old dishwasher rack that I cut up and put sections on the bottom of this rack to fill those holes and I don't have that issue any more.Another other thing is where the parts/upright guides are to hold dishes in place, like plates and bowls doesn't fit my dish wares well. Seems to be a waste of space. Each time I load it, it's like a puzzle figuring what can go where and get adequately sprayed. The more I use it, the better I am at setting the dishes in without issue, but it's not just put them in and go.My final thought is that the silverware container is about 2x the size it needs to be. Given the small amount of dishes this holds it is a rather large silverware basket. Make it half the size and leave space for another mug, or cup, or bowl or something. The space is limited to begin with so don't waste it! I may look for an alternative silverware basket to remedy this.The unit heats the water great and if I open it immediately after it's done washing and pull the rack out, the dishes dry pretty quickly.

I ended up buying this dishwasher because it was small in size compared to others and it was covered by amazon prime so free return if there is any problems. overall it was bigger then I thought, I have it on a small table next to my sink so that I can use the sink faucet hook up and have it drain easily. I've attached a picture of how many things I was able to fit. I've listed some advice below if anyone is interested.1. Error E03 means you need to rotate the water nozzle to hot or if you put too much soap and it can't drain.2. Squirt dish washer detergent in and a couple drops of dish soap. too much dish soap=too soapy and wont drain.3. Its heavy and the first couple times i didn't screw the back right and it leaked. test a couple times before you put it against a wall

This little machine has changed my life. It works so well and cleans the dishes effortlessly. The machine doesn’t take long to wash the dishes and it dried them for you. Honestly, you don’t need the fan if you are home. The machine beeps when it completes a cycle and you can just leave the machine open to air it out. If you plan on running the machine when you aren’t home, then get the one with the fan built in.If you don’t want. A huge counter top dishes washer. Get this one. I didn’t want a massive item on my countertop. I would repurchase and recommend it to everyone.We did have to change the faucet to make it easier to remove and attach the water input but it was worth it!

This works great as advertised. if there is one problem, it's that the fan cuts back on after i take the clean dishes out. I have no idea why it does this. It'll stay on for a long time so i end up just unplugging it after its done.

It was a pricey investment. But I really hate doing dishes! The dishes come out way cleaner than by hand. And the heat that does not blow the circuit breaker. Small actual washing space but enough for us.

Es un lavavajillas pequeño. No creo que sea funcional para una familia a menos que se use con cada comida. Sin embargo para persona o dos está bien. No le caben sartenes ni ollas grandes. A mí me parece que limpiaemuy bien , aunque también depende del detergente, tipo de material de lo que se va a limpiar. Las tazas por ejemplo algunas veces quedan con muy lijeras marcas de café o té, aunque según he leído es un problema común de los lavavajillas. Pero he puesto platos realmente sucios y salen impecables.Dos incovenientes que he tenido fue con el limpia lavavajillas finish. Le dejó una ligera capa de polvo blanquito a todo. Se fue quitando con los usos posteriores.Otros que no la vuelvo a usar en sartenes dónde haya hecho pescado. Se quedó oliendo a pescado un buen rato, a pesar de darle un ciclo con el lava vajillas.Estoy muy contenta con mi compra, no más trastes acumulados, salen casi secos aún si no compras el modelo con secador, y se gasta menos agua.

I bought this to replace my Danby countertop ( lasted 8 years). It is smaller but for me the rack layout is better. The 35 minute cycle is great, I use finish quantum ultimate pods with no issue. My only reason for taking off a star is that the digital screen lights up with OPE when door is open ( I like to leave it open after to keep it dry) and I'm worried the screen will burn out.

I live in a very small apartment, a traditional dishwasher is not in the cards for me. This device is legit a godsend. It washes very well, everything comes out nice hot and clean. Its really everything you could want if you want something more portable or don't have the option for a proper dishwasher.All I can say is its saved me so much time washing dishes, and I am very happy with the quality of the clean it puts out. Great item!

Update #2 - August 2023: still going strong after 1y and a half using it daily.Update : Seller care about his product and took my feedback seriously. Sounds like the Windows is a mix of glass and acrylic for good reasons. Unit still work has expected. Worth 5 stars!Old review:Bough it thinking the windows was in tempered glass. IT IS NOT!Mine even came with a scratch on the main windows, kinda killing the look of it.Told Amazon to correct this because there is a difference in cost and look between plastic and glass!I hope the mistake in the description will be corrected soon.Otherwise, the machine was smelly on the first try but is working A1.

Perfect fit for my tiny kitchen, I run it daily and you don’t need to pre-raise.
