Is there any other way to use this mix? I just tried making some pancakes and the mix never cooked and it just got stuck in the pan.

Make sure the batter isn’t so watery. Use nonstick spray on the pan. The batter should be pretty thick. Hope that helps

Horrible- and I don’t usually review even bad stuff.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I LOVED the original Scitech protein pancakes.... and thought the coconut pancakes would be an alright alternative.But I waited to weeks for my shipment to receive neither original or coconut, and was sent chocolate banana.I can’t wait bc I needed the high protein for my pregnancy health and tried them.Messages customer service to see if I could exchange flavors but I have heard nothing back.Now I’m stuck with this flavor I can barely stomach, I paid nearly 90 bucks and waited two weeks and am very disappointed.Won’t do business unless it’s directly from Sci Tech ever again.
