Horrible costumer service and warranty terms

Have a defective Ryobi 40V Auger within warranty sitting in a repair center for over 5 weeks without diagnose. Completely ineffective costumer support driven by scripted answers. Costumer responsible for shipping both ways. Better off spending the money on better brands upfront versus spending it dealing with a kafkian "costumer support". Outrageously bad.
