Very happy with this pool.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had a smaller build it yourself pool and it was time for an upgrade. I wanted something that had actual sturdy sides because we have dogs. We read a lot of reviews and were prepared with 3 adults to help build it. As we unrolled the side we put chairs around the inside to help avoid it falling over and it worked great. The track was a bit tough. Directions didn’t explain to leave a little space on each track so we had to roll it back up and start over when we got to the end and it overlapped by inches. Also the instructions could have been more clear about leaving the black piece on the liner and then adding the other pieces over top. The ladder was missing a piece so we never put it together. Luckily we had a ladder from the old pool. Now that it’s built I love it! The same filter was an upgrade with our old one being 0.3hp and the new being 0.5hp and the difference is night and day. It has so much more power and is working well. I have already recommended the pool to others.

Everything is broken!
Busted ladderBroken filter.Bent pool frameMissing hardwareI am extremely disappointed with this.To start I was sent the kit and the ladder came in a box that was sliced opened and taped back up. When I opened the ladder box the top step was shattered and other peices broken. There weren't enough screws or hose clamps. The directions are terrible. And the assembly is process is argues. If it wasn't for YouTube I don't know how I would have completed this set up.I get everything done and fill the pool. I get the filter that comes with it hooked up and ran it ONE time. There are cracks in the multipor valve assembly. Cracks where the inlet and outlets are. I hand tightened everything. It's not like I wrenched everything down with special tools. I even use thread sealant as an extra step on top of the thread tape to prevent leaks and allow it to assemble easily.Busted ladderBroken filter.Bent pool frameMissing hardware.I contacted them a week ago about the ladder and still haven't gotten a replacement. This kit is too good to be true. Poor quality.Would not recommend.

Tips for set up and care
So let me start by giving some helpful tips!Tip 1:use boxes and a dolly so roll out the siding it was ALOT EASIER!Tip 2: seal the water return to prevent leaking with Silicone RTV the stuff works to seal it because we ran into a leaking issue with the cork seal definitely didn’t seal and couldn’t get the tightness..Tip 3 buy a different ladder the one it comes with SUCKS!!!Tip 4: definitely invest in something to cover the pump and protect it from all the weather elements...Tip 5:Fill check for possible leaks around skimmer and water return area the put your chemicals in the chemicals it comes with this are not NEeDed go to your local pool supply store and ask them or ask a pool guy we bought chlorine tablets, liquid chlorine, and a product that is a like a sunscreen for the chlorine it’s a one time use we dissolved it in the skimmer that’s all we used and you will need shock and a chlorine tablet holder and that’s it! Don’t go adding unnecessary things as it may result in skin reactions or throw your pool chemicals off!Turn your pump in one direction only unplug it in between turns to different things or you will end up with water in places it should not go!!!For example backwash till water is clearUnplug pump and turn the handle to rinse let the water run clear..Unplug and then turn the handle to filter for the first filtration we let it run from 5pm to 6am yup over night...After that we only do 6 hrs in the morningsWe recommend running the filter and putting shock in after heavy use and run it all night!!! If it’s not in heavy use 6hrs is just fine!It went up easy and everything went smoothly after we sealed the water return valve..Praying we get a lot of use out of this beautiful pool for a very long time!Hope these tips help others! We talked to a professional pool guy who is also a good friend and has been in the pool business for many yrs!It was a Good investment! Over all!!!
