Do you need to use fabric softener as well

The Lab Co sheets have a very subtle smell which I really like. If you prefer a stronger smell on your clothes, use your usual conditioner. I guess it also depends on the water hardness. Here in Scotland the water is soft so I usually don’t use fabric conditioner.

Can this be used to wash woollens?

I’ve used it for everything I wash, including woollens. Haven’t had any problems as a result.
