This is good
I have been using this sice 1.5 years. It's good. All parts are made of steel(bowl, body etc). Working with out any problem.

Malfunctioning of rice cooker
The media could not be loaded. Using other brands rice cooker for 10 yrs.you can see rice burnt and sticked to the bottom of the pan causing wsstage and difficulty for cleaning .Return is mostly desired.

Product with hight standards
I purchased 6 months back. It's working good.Cooker is heavy and it's cylender is thick stainless steel. Initially I was hesitant but after using the product for sometime I'm confident to refer.

AMAZING PRODUCT
We purchased 2 months back DIVYA Stainless Steel 1.8 Liters Cylinder Electric Rice Cooker 700W and Steamer...Value for money. Good stainless steel vessel. we are very happy with this.I felt that the company must have given strainer plate too so that rice do not stick to the bottom of the vessel. Rest all good.

Unhappy with the product
I did not like the product ,most unhappy , very heavy weight,The first one supplied was defective and returned.When the second rice cooker arrived ,After starting the same ,it was not working properly , the bowl was jumping and the water coming out of the bowl,creating a mess. Not satisfied with the product,I want to return the same , with refund ,No replacement required. would like to speak to customer care.

Product is good but body was dented
I was looking for a steel electric cooker for a long time... It was the only one i could find... So I ordered it inspite of reading comments about dented body.... And even I got one with a dent... It's working fine and I need it urgently so not returning but am disappointed that it's a bit damaged. I've attached a pic for reference.The only reason I am going for it is it's steel inside vessel...
