Good tires fit just fine

I was under the impression that there was a rim included with the tire. The description did not specifically say there was not a rim. It did however specify rim size. It also said the tire weighs 11 pounds. It might weigh that much with a rim but it does not weigh that much by itself. The picture also features a rim. Rather disappointing and misleading to say the least.
