As a trial I ordered 3 power banks for gifting to my staff, all worked fine except after 3 months, 1 of them developed fault, the matter was reported to URBN via email, the response time was amongst the best & most responsible, I was asked to ship it bank & received a mail assuring a resolution within 4 days, after say about 7 days I was thinking of dropping a mail & surprisingly I received a replaced new power bank through blue dart, the whole experience was absolutely trouble free. By providing good after sale experience the company has left a mark for itself & it would be difficult for me to go anywhere else for my next purchase. Hope they keep it up & don’t change once established.

The media could not be loaded. I own an Urbn 20000 mAh 18W power bank, which is superb. I needed an extra power bank & bought this 20000 mAh 20W model, thinking it will be atleast at par with the one I own, if not better. But to my disappointment, I found that none of the output ports worked, my mobile's battery indicator told me this. Next, about the charging of the power bank itself, all the 4 leds blinked together for the whole period of over 6 hours, that I kept the power bank on charge (tried via both input ports), but the net result was a BIG ZERO! The power bank was only blinking, actually it was dead as a stone. Somehow managed to return it, as replacement procedure is very lengthy-- first you have to return, then seller will dispatch replacement. I could not wait for so long as I needed it sooner for my coming trip.So, thats it... I wish I could get to buy the model of Urbn that I own. It seems they have discontinued the product.

I used it multiple times, and it could charge my 4000mAh phone 3 times only, So I can say its just a gimmick, its only 15000mAh, but its still a good deal in 999rs, I tell you why.Pros:Supports fast charging and fast recharging, charges my phone in same time like fast charger.Supports input type C and Micro USB, you can charge it by any charger.Type C port is PD port which can charge anything including PD charging supported laptops, MacbooksQuick Charge 3.0 worksCon:Only 1 thing that its capacity is around 15000mAh, and its just 2 days old.Included cable is very low quality and heats up phone when charging, so use your original cable.

Good product

Practically it is a great powerbank in its price segment, but after using the lack of satisfaction is felt. Actually in those power indicators section those are not so convenient to understand how much charge is left. For e.g.- If it is actually showing 3 lights then it looks like 4th one is also glowing, but thats the leakage between lights and also the on/off button, it feels ugly too. This two section you can work and give more sturdy feel. Overall 4.8/5

Hello everyone. My gunshot suggestion is - don't buy this product. I have kept it for my mobile charging and my mobile was charged only 9% for 1 hour. Don't worry, the mobile I have used for charging is 6 months old OnePlus. I am writing this review within 1and half hours of the product delivered to me. You can imagine the kind of product quality🤣...Don't waste your time with this product, you have to take lot of pain as there's no return policy though the product do not work.Second review- I have made sure the power bank got fully charged and then used the fully charged power bank for my mobile charging. It hardly charged 10% for one hour. Now you guys can decide if you still want to purchase this product to waste your time and money? This second review was given after multiple attempts to recharge my mobile and used different scenarios.
