Review after a year of use
Bought this juicer over a year ago, it makes a great juice for sure, it is used almost daily. The cleaning is ok and certainly not a deal breaker. However I am very disappointed with the plastic cover that covers the motor/main body. Out of blue, a small piece of plastic snapped and feel out, along with the screw that was holding the two parts of the cover together. We have a working juicer with a small hole in the plastic case! Reached out to the manufacturer so hoping we'll get a resolution quickly. It really makes a great juice however, if it starts falling apart like this after a year, then I'm slightly worried...

Nice self-torturing device
Just got a chance to try this at my mother's place.First things first: the pulp is indeed dry, very dry, and a fraction of what I was used to with the Breville power juicer I normally use.Having said that, this is an absolute misery to use. The slot for inserting the fruits is tiny, which means you have to chop everything up first. Then you have to use considerable force and patience to push everything down with the plunger at a painfully slow speed. Bits are always getting stuck and you have to take your time unsticking them and trying again. The construction quality is also not very impressive. Cheap plastic covering. If you value your time I would recommend a power juicer for less than a tenth of the price. Yes, you won't get as much juice, but given the time and effort you will save..

The Best Juicer Ever But Cleaning It 👎
The Tribest GSE 5000 Green Star is the best juicer on the market but it has a con.The con is that cleaning this juicer can be a pain but if you make yourself time and gather patience, it will be well worth it. Also it is rather large about as big as a bread bin.It makes absolutely the best juices you can ever drink and is nice and quiet.

Fantastic
I’ve had my juicer for over 10 years it’s one of the best juicers ever. I use the dry pulp and mix with tahini, coconut oil and various seeds and make my own crackers so nothing is wasted. You get so much juice from such little amount of vegetables. It also does wheat grass

Honest realistic review
These are 4 star machines for what green star are trying to achieve. First they have moved away from the 90s look of the original, because some people actaully leave this stuff on the side and as a company wanting to survive it needs to stay relevent. Second it's a twin gear juicer focusing on achieving high quality juice for its higher than average price range. Comparison to a £200-250 single auger yes it's different but not difficult at all. Compared to the older model it now has flaws in its design, but there is always something to address in every appliance. Everyone talking about the cleaning being difficult you should ignore, the only difference between this and a single auger is that you have to clean part of the actual machine where the parts are attached beacue it's not a single unit. I count 5 parts that need cleaning, just the same as my Samson juicer has. The flaws are the casing is not as bomb proof as it's predecessor (you can still buy the original if you do not mind it's looks and slightly more difficult to assemble and disassemble design) and it has the potential to allow a little more pulp through. But if you seriously want only water soluble fibre then you should always be filtering through a organic cheese cloth for higher quality juice. One more thing beacause it seems to come up a lot, you should not be juicing fruit you should be eating fruit as it's fibre helps slow down the suger rush, for soft fruit get a single auger juicer if you are desperate for them drinks but these are actaully designed for vegetable juices. If would like to make coconut cream, then this is you cheapest machine to make a high quality homemade cream. Don't listen to the one stars.
