I was able to use these on standard printing paper with a standard printer. Note that they stick immediately, so you need to get alignment marks printed and hold the film in place when unrolling the non-stick film.

Manufacturing defect
The lenses themselves work fine, with good accuracy on the LPI. However 8 out of 10 sheets had adhesive on the wrong side, rendering them useless. Please inspect your manufacturing processes because 80 percent is not an acceptable fail rate.
