Why is 350mg dosage not available anymore and only 180 mg?

From my understanding UP TO 1000mg/day is a safe range for Vitamin E, which comes in very small amounts in the foods known for it (almonds and sunflower seeds among the highest). Taking too high amounts will have bad adverse effects so keep that in mind! Having said that, the recommended daily dosage is very low, and I would agree around 300-700 per day is likely safe.
