Can this be used to run single electrical wire outdoors for a power outlet? It would start from ground where the original pipe ends to fence

I used it to run wire underground to my shed. I like the fact it's flexible and I didn't need 45 degree elbows as you would with regular grey conduit.

Can this be mortared around ? Need to use this in outdoor wall to make few outlets
