The video quality is good and functionality is awesome.

A good and Capable camera...
Easy to install, easily paired to my wifi connection and easy to use... The software specially for the Computer leaves more to be desired, especially things like zooming in on a particular area but the app for your phone works well... Auto detection works very well, but I wish there was auto detection for Animals because cats and dogs keep coming and pooping on my lawn... I also wish the camera pixels were a little higher because picture becomes hazy when you zoom in specially at night. Sound is loud and clear... I have been using this camera for a year now and have had no issues till now...

AMAZON CHEAT - NEVERY BUY THIS
NEVER BUY - COMPLETE CHEATING - Complete useless item, Amazon has nicely created a trap to sell defective products. Product not working, 1st agent tells nicely that I need to visit the service center. But service center says they cannot address technical issue. By the time you reach back to Amazon customer service they say time has crossed and as per policy it will not work

Product is good however NO customer support is available
Camera built quality is good. Also, the video quality is pretty good. It has some features that you can play with human tracking features is really impressive. However, they don’t have any customer service or after sales support. They will never answer your calls or your emails doesn’t matter how many times you try. So if something is not working or there is any issue with the product there is absolutely NO help you are on your own. You can’t even return this product. Considering the price that is listed for this, there should have been some after sales support. So just be aware of this while buying.
