Sprinkled a small amount 1/8 tsp on a tough stake. Punctured the meat and let it set for 15 minuts. Meat turned out jucy and tender.

Questionable Contents
Not much of a papaya flavor and if it was 100%real papaya, there's not much Papain enzyme which was what I was looking for. It's not effective like fresh papaya or papain enzymes.
