These look and feel better than pads twice the price. The gel padding allows your strikes to stick instead of glancing off. It feels more like hitting flesh than most pads. You can seamlessly move from one attack to another. You can hold them at head height for punches and elbows then instantly drop to middle height for knees or drop low for your Thai kicks and roundhouse.

I've had these a few months now, using them in Muay Thai class about 2 times a week. It would be more but often my partners complain that these are too stiff and bruise their shins. (I did not do anything to break them in except use in class.) They have lossened a little and I actually like how substantial they are, because I kick hard AF. Also want to make sure they last a while. So far they still look new. Just be advised that the picture LIES! YOU ONLY GET 1 PAD PER ORDER. I missed the line that says 1 unit, just trusting the picture. Still a pretty good deal.

These are tough and hold up well. I like everyone else read reviews and hope they are not garbage. real person real review you will be pleased with the performance of these pads. Use them for MMA, JKD and general boxing and kicks. Highly recommend

These are great for a hard slightly padded surface..... but if you think a kid or a begginer would be happy to start going at it on these... you will find out that they are to hard for them. Otherwise GREAT !

These pads are light and seemed very sturdy. However not even a month in, they have ripped. I wrote the seller with no response.Pads were not used daily and no more than 30 minutes each usage.Very disappointing!
