Q: Are the instructions in English?

The instruction booklet is all pics. My complaint is that the bags the pieces come in are not numbered unlike the other tanks purchased for my son. My son is 10 years old and I had to help him put this together. You have to follow the pics very carefully. It would have been much easier if the instructions would tell you what bag had what pieces you would use to complete the steps. When completed though the tank came out pretty good. My son was happy with it.
