Case of 24 Woodford Reserve Bourbon Balls 4 pc Gift Boxes (96 candies)

Item arrived yesterday with an expiration date 40 days from today. the packaging was fine, the items appear new in individual 4 packs but upon opening one the dark chocolate shows signs of aging with white dust and dryness. the taste of the chocolate was fine, the bourbon cream filling once again dried up a bit and clearly not 'fresh'. I have had these at the distillery and they were similar to the buffalo trace product but with dark chocolate. soft and tasty on the inside these were not. sadly should have read a previous comment and not purchased these as it seems they have been sitting in a warehouse at least a few months. not sure what the return policy is.

I ordered these for client gifts and they were super well received! The bourbon balls were delish and the packaging was very nice. Arrived on time. Everyone loved!

These lovely chocolates arrived, looking gray, and the texture was brittle. Obviously, they were not kept in a temperature controlled storage area. I contacted the seller,Artisian Owl, 48 hours ago and have heard no response. Very disappointing.We were planning to use these bourbon balls as gifts, but we cannot in good conscience do that.

I have been eating this candy for many years; it is located in my hometown!Mrs. Ruth owned and operated the candy making for many years white my mother and then I myself grew up! My cousins and I always got some for the movie and for specials occasions! Now that I live in Florida I have to order it! Always arrives in good condition!I am 65 been indulging since I was very young!
