This is my first e-bike, it is very easy to use and extremely comfortable with a nice large seat. I bought it primarily to ride at the beach on the hard sand but I was super happy that it just glided over the soft sand with ease! I haven’t gotten up to full speed yet, still getting comfortable on it. It is super quiet and definitely has some oomph to it! One thing I can tell you is don’t rely on the instruction manual, it is HORRIBLE! The pictures are hard to see and it doesn’t have enough information in it. Go to YouTube for any questions and further instructions. So many really good videos out there. Also, the sellers have GREAT customer service! The e-bike is priced right, as far as I can tell this is a superior bike. And it came with a free accessory kit! This was a GREAT purchase and I expect many years of fun with it! You will too, I definitely recommend this e-bike!

I am so impressed by this bike, it rides smoothly, it gives you an accessories bundle, that includes dust cover, mirrors, bike lock, phone holder, water bottle holder, basket in the front, so when I say it has all the bells and whistles I mean it, it’s the Cadillac of bikes for sure!! The seat was a big reason to get it also I wanted it to be comfortable and it is. Also I want to mention the company really cares, fedex didn’t leave my package because no one to sign for it, my fault I should have been specific about times to deliver anyhow so they took it back to their storage facility where I live and I picked it up, not sure if in the fedex system it looked like I hadn’t got my package or what? And the company called me the next day checking to see if I got my bike apologizing for any inconvenience and they wanted to give me perks extra stuff for the bike, I’m really impressed with their customer satisfaction and the bike is excellent quality!! I highly recommend them for your first electric bike, hope my review helps!!! I only have one complaint the shipping is pricey, and being a prime member I wish I could have got just the price of the bike without the shipping cost, but it is what it is, well worth the cost!!! I wish I could rate them 10 stars instead of 5. Last all the other reviews are 5 stars I really looked at lots of E bikes prior to make my decision and this one had wonderful review with 5 stars, I read just about all of them.

This is an impressive package at a very good price. The bike is pretty big but fits smaller people, too. Assembly was straightforward but took me a few hours. The bike has plenty of power and rides smoothly on the fat tires. The bonus package contains good quality goods. I have still not mastered all the options but so far everything works as advertised. Customer service is impressive. Recently I discovered that if you hold the bottom three control buttons down at the same time you can access another settings menu not described in the manual. These settings include ways to set how aggressively the pedal assist kicks in and a setting to choose throttle only, pedal assist only, and both. The bike continues to meet or exceed my expectations.

This e-bike is well constructed! Comfortable & easy to assemble and smooth ride and Looks great except for the logo is really large bold print and it makes ppl take a second look because they think it says something dirty, but then there is the size! It’s HUGE! my problem is they don’t give you dimension's on this ad page & don’t do returns, so I am going to list info so noone else gets stuck with an expensive item they can not use! From the bottom of front tire to the handle bars is approximately 47in tall the bike is approximately 72in long! It weighs approximately 68lbs. However, everything else is just perfect and very easy to maneuver just make sure the large size is safe for you to maintain in traffic situations!
