My story starts by ordering a defective toothbrush. Everything worked except the power button. I nearly broke my finger each time I tried to use it. To turn it off required me to paint my entire bathroom and mirror with toothpaste splotches as I fought mightily to vanquish this chaos monster.My frustration led me to contact the seller. I received an immediate response that a replacement is on its way to me. I figured it would take another 3 weeks to receive my new order, since that is how long I waited for the first one. To my surprise, the new toothbrush box arrived to my mailbox within two days. And this one works! It works so well.The battery lasts over one month, which is about double any previously purchased ultrasonic item. Now I can turn it on and off with ease. The settings are wonderfully diverse and work with memory, which leads me to my user error...When it finally came time to recharge the battery, it took me a while to realize the memorized setting returned to the default one I do not normally use. As I meandered through the many options, I thought, "This toothbrush has lost its amazing power it possessed out of the box." What took me a few days to recall is the presence of another, slightly hidden setting of mild, medium, and hard. Where I wanted "polish" on the hard setting, I now experienced "polish" on default mild. In other words, it is my oversight to forget that additional and welcome feature, which is employed by pressing on selection button for a longer time until the intensity lights change. Don't let it happen to you, too. :)To summarize my adventure, I enjoyed excellent customer service and now joyfully use an exemplary cleaning tool. What a value, too!

I like this product at first because I had sensitive teeth. I was looking for a replacement toothbrush but I was unable to find one. Keep that in mind when purchasing this product, because I was not able to find a replacement toothbrush with any type of bristles for this product
