As it says on the label
This is typical of German workmanship, so deliberately convenient to have one handle which can be used with so many different heads. Design is excellent and very comfortable to hold even with arthritic hands. The product is light and so easy to use ALTHOUGH I did have to get a friend to really push the handle onto the brush, as I didn't have the strength. That aside this item appears to be robust and sturdy enough to last for years
