Yay! I use this for arthritic knee pain. It helps to alleviate the shockingly horrific pain felt when moving the knee bone on bone. Move it or lose it! No surgery for me. This is wonderful! The pain relief continues for about six hours in my case. Everyone responds differently. I don’t need much. I use about a dime sized amount on the same points used by the doctor to inject steroids into my knees. A little dab goes far and the pain relief continues to numb out that “hit your elbow with a hammer” type of pain.

Not knowing it was hemorrhoid cream, I used it for shoulder pain, an itchy rash and low back pain. It worked. Stopped the itch and took the edge off shoulder and back. Not greasy, no smell, soaks in quickly, last about 4 hours. If I get hemorrhoids I'll use it for that too!

My Doc prescribed 5% lidocaine patches and, if you've ever used those patches, they are not always easy to keep in place. This 5% lidocaine cream has replaced the patches without the hassle and just as effective. One of my better purchases.

I bought this cream looking for relief for muscle pain in the back and lower back, and the truth is that it has worked for me. The feeling of numbness is fast, has no strong smell and absorbs quite well.In my case it has been helpful, especially to calm intense pain in the lower spine.However, when my husband used it, it caused a skin reaction (rash) throughout the area where I applied it. It wasn't serious, but it was enough for him to stop using it.That's why I give it 4 stars: it has served me a lot, but it was not suitable for him.Recommended with caution, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Used this as tattoo numbing cream. My tattoo artist was happy with the results and said I could use it again for sensitive inner thigh work.I used a THICK layer on the entire area to be tattooed and wrapped it in saran wrap for 1.5 hours before my appointment. It lasted about 2 hours into the session, and then my artist was able to continue using some on the line work before laying down color.Tub was large enough for a 5" x 8" spot and has about 3/4 left in the tub. it went on easily with a tounge depressor and did a great job numbing.

This cream is so good. Usually you can only get 4% Lidocaine, and this one is 5%. It doesn’t take long to soak into your skin. It absolutely gives pain relief, I’m going to try it on my joints too now. The lidocaine patches just keep unsticking when on my back since they changed them. This is far better for sure.

Very effective for pain relief.However, also very drying and caused a huge rash on my sensitive skin. (applied to low back for pain relief).If you have sensitive skin, and/or use it frequently, I strongly suggest you combine it with something like A & D ointment to help add moisture and to soothe the skin.The effectiveness was not affected when I used the combination.

Using for foot pain because patches aren’t the right size. Works well, doesn’t burn. Takes the edge off my Achilles tendonitis so I can fall asleep.
