My bunny loves it!
I have a bunny who loves to be up high, but is also very destructive. She used to perch on the couch in her room, but when she started chewing the couch apart, I got rid of it. Since then, she hasn't had a way to get up high. I had thought of getting a cat tree for a while, but I wasn't sure if she would like it. When I saw this one with the multiple, fairly large perches, I decided to get her this one. It was easy to put together, and it's nice and sturdy. Comparing it to other cat trees in this price range, this one has much larger perches than the others, big enough for her husbun to join her if he ever decides to leave the floor. And the best part? She LOVES it! It's nice and stable, so she feels secure jumping. She uses all of the levels, and she even chews at the sisal post - directing her away from chewing up other things in the room, so YAY for that! Pictures say it all. Look how happy she is!

Very Fast Shipping - Quick and easy to put together - The bases are padded and the carpeting used is very soft. It is very sturdy and big enough for our biggest cat, who is a 17 lb male. He can lay on the top base comfortably. But he still prefers his his old and shredded tower. The "Look-out" tower is mostly used by the two females - they take turns taunting each other from up. When one is one, the other one cannot even climb on the lower base - The longest post is made of sisal, which is nice for scratching and has not come off so far. Keeping the tower clean is easy, either with a vacuums, or fuzz brush. After it was assembled, I sprayed it with KONG Catnip, to make it appealing to our 3 critical, neurotic felines. Sometimes, I sprinkle dried catnip all over to send them off to "happy land". They have not ripped it into shreds yet. They use the scratching post from time to time, but mostly, the tower is used for lounging, Kitty bullying and catnaps.

Cats like it a lot
I bought the 27-inch tree, and my cats immediately took to it. Assembly took me about 5 minutes, even with curious cats trying to get in the way. I'm a bit disappointed in that I expected all three posts to be sisal covered, but only the tallest one is. It was hard to tell that from the photo on the site. The other two posts have the sherpa-type fabric, which my cats will very quickly destroy. Also, the sisal on the tall post is not densely wrapped. You can see the cardboard tube between the wraps. The sisal they used is not as good quality as that on the Trixie Baza cat tree that I had bought last year, not nearly as thick, so I expect it will not last as long, either. Overall, the tree looks nice, was easy to assemble, and feels very sturdy and stable. It's a decent buy, even though it doesn't quite come up to my expectations.

Didn't last long
I purchased this cat tree for my two kittens. Came quite quickly and the packaging was sturdy and undamaged. It was put together in about 10 minutes. Very easy to put together. Both of my kittens loved it and fought over the tallest part to lay in. My only complaint is that it didn't last long. The medium sized leg broke off one day while my cat was on it and there was no way of getting it back on. And she is not a fat cat. Not too much longer later the biggest leg fell over and wasn't sturdy any longer. It lasted maybe 3 months. Kind of disappointing :(

Kitty gives it two paws up
My cat loves this tower (27-inch Casita) -- everything from the little mousey on a string to the cup-like seat at the top. I put a small, folded blanket on the top tier so she could get more comfortable and I frequently find her napping there in the early morning. She weighs about 10 lbs., but manages to take up the entire "nesting cup" tier when curled up to sleep, so I would think a big Maine Coon or Norwegian Forest Cat would probably ooze out of the cup on all sides. She also likes to hide behind the posts when we play so she can sneak up on her toys. Not only does my cat adore this tower, I found it to be incredibly simple to put together and well-constructed for the price point. I did have to tighten the hex screws on the bottom once because my cat pushes against the posts with her hind feet to propel herself out, but this was easily accomplished using a flathead screwdriver instead of the included Allen key. I'm not sure how long the sisal wrapping will last, as she does scratch on it fairly regularly, but it looks like it might not be too challenging to re-wrap.

Great purchase!!
This is great! I am so glad I purchased this item. My cat absolutely loves this! This Majestic Pet 27 inch Casita condo is very well made and took like 5 minutes to put together and is sturdy. Eventually the mouse will be a goner but who cares as long as the kitty is enjoying it. I don't know if a big cat will fit though. My girl is 7.8 lbs. and is fine boned and she fits perfectly in the top level. What is also nice is the cat has support in the upper tier, thanks to it resembling a bed and it having a back piece. I actually might have to order another for the bedroom; that's how much I like it. It is compact and easy on the eyes, I don't look like I have a jungle gym in my living room. Blends in nicely. I do have a bigger one in the family room, that was a good purchase too.(see review on the go pet club 51 inch cat tree) Buy this Majestic Pet 27 incher you won't be sorry. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Amazon, you can't beat your prices.

Junk. Broke after only a few months. Get what you pay for.
Broke after only a few months of light (kitten use...weeks old tiny kitten use). All posts became loose after only a few weeks. Retightened gently. And again. Finally tallest post became so loose and tilting that when I had to tighten again the entire PLASTIC base of the vertical tube broke. Split. And it was heavy (apparently cheap) plastic. Split right at the bolt. The other two vertical posts are wobbly now too. Like I said - junk.

Should have bought this months ago!! LOVE IT!
The media could not be loaded. Not a lie: ordered this Wednesday, got it 48 hours later at my front door. Incredible! It was put together in less than 5 minutes by my 8 year-old daughter and her friend. No tools required. LOVE the Sherpa covering. Did not want carpeting and this is so much classier looking. Kitty loves the mouse on the elastic cord. She was on this tree in less than 2 minutes. This was an awesome purchase and I am so happy I bought it. It's the perfect height for her to sit and watch out the window in the sun too.

Good product!
I bought the 27" H x 20" L x 20" W one...I put it together in minutes, and as soon as I took the pieces out of the box the cat was all over them. He liked the mouse and loves the top shelf for curling up in :) It's exactly what I wanted. It's sturdy, too, which is an issue I've had with other cat trees.

Ok for the price but a couple of small issues.
Bought this with our senior cat in mind. She's nearly 15 and having issues climbing on our old cat tree. This is great for her as far as accessibility goes. My only complaints are that the top platform is a bit small if you have a larger cat (we have 3 and two of the three fit just fine and comfortably, the third barely fits and hangs over a bit) and the sisal rope on the scratching post is very thin and has been torn through already after only a couple of months. The carpeting is an ok quality unless you have cats that like to use that for a scratching post as well and then I don't suspect it would last very long. It's VERY stable and not at all tipsy like our old one was. It's an ok purchase for the money.
