This tea is definitely potent! I’m not the biggest fan of the herbal flavor but it isn’t terrible. It’s a good value for how much tea you get in the bag.

I have listened to the audio book from Kulreet Chaudhary where she recommends drinking fennel, cumin and coriander seeds for internal cleansing and detoxification and to help the internal digestion system. I first though about buying these three seeds separately but then saw this mixture of these three seeds and ordered it (also because it is organic).As soon as I got it, I made the tea. I make it in a metal pot which holds up to 5 cups. The instructions on the bag says 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of water. I believe that this is too much. I am mixing a good teaspoon of seeds with 4-5 cups of water and that works very well for me. After cooking it the first time, I actually cook a second pot with the same seeds. I let it cook and sit longer. For me that works great. The taste is fantastic. Even my daughter drinks it. I feel great and I feel hydrated. I take a 1 l glass bottle to work and drink it over the day. I feel less urge to eat. I have less eating attacks and overall have lost some weight with that.Overall, I strongly recommend this tea. I would change to mixture of seeds to water and use 4x more water as directed. I plan to use this tea mix long term.

The media could not be loaded. I have drank this tea daily for 2 years. My most recent bag had bugs inside eating holes in the tea. The company has not replied to my many emails for 2 months.
