Best pool float for small dog.
This pool float is so adorable but a little too small for my 10 lb. dog, but I’m keeping it to donate to a friend with a smaller dog. I bought another one that’s larger so she’ll feel safe and not be afraid of the pool. I’d guess this size would be good for pets around six pounds or so. Hope you enjoy your purchase, it’s very well made.

Portable
This inflatable can be quickly inflated and deflated. I put it in my purse to take to the lake for my small dog. Then back home to use in the family pool. She needs somewhere to rest after swimming because we dont have an accessible deck.

Great
Perfect size for our dachshund.The side openings allow enough water in to keep him cool. Otherwise he would just toast in the sun. Durable bottom and float.Glad we found it

Don't purchase
Wouldn't inflate as it doesn't have a check valve so air just leaks right back out. Also doesn't float as the tube takes on water. Such a disappointment as we were purchasing this for a specific event and now we are without.

Not what I wanted
Your dog will be laying in water and my small dog doesn’t like that.

Disappointed
My 4.5 lb dog has used this once. Went to use it today and the seam broke exposing the tube inside.I will try to sew it but it probably won’t last. I will send a photo.

Not for dogs over 10 lbs.
If your dog is over 10 pounds, get something bigger....this one sinks.
