I knew that upgrading from my stock spring fork would be a good idea and that my ride and handling would improve. However, I didn't expect such a significant improvement in my braking and steering. The new fork is much stiffer than the previous one, making the steering more precise. Additionally, the brakes work so much better now. The new fork is also lighter than the old stock suspension fork, by about 1-2 pounds. My bike now feels like a whole new beast. It is more solid over jumps and easier to catch air now that the front end is lighter.
