These dip bars fit my Sunny Rack (XF 9931) great. I like the distance between the bars, the knurling on the handles and the stability of the bars on the rack. I am only 155 lbs, but they work just great.

I would like to say I am a beginner to the joys of weightlifting. This setup works well at so many levels. First up, the rack is super easy to setup without a cluster of pieces to put together. Had it up in under 2 hours tops. The rack itself is pretty sturdy. It may not be a true blue 11.gauge rack that costs 2x as much. But when loaded with over 300 lbs in weights it holds down without a whimper. I use the rack everyday for all my barbell exercises. Unfortunately at 82" the pull up bar is too short for me at 5'10" - I try to collapse my legs but it doesn't feel natural. Other than that I love the look and feel, the ease of moving the restraints around. I invested in the land.mine attachment and barbell holder and its made this so much more potent as a setup. Thoroughly enjoy it. Spend the extra 200$ and get this and you won't have any clutter storing weights as well.

My titan rack came with a set of dip bars, but I never cared for them. The diameter was too narrow and the plastic ends were slippery even with chalk. These are much larger diameter and have a light to medium knurling. The geometry of the bars is very rack and user dependent, but for me these are just right and allow for heavier weight. I am close to maxing out their capacity with weighted dips, but so far they can handle 300 pounds. The only con is the locking pins are smaller than my rack wholes, no fault of the product, and it does not seem to affect how they work.

I miss the ability of having a bit narrower grip, but it works fine otherwise.

Solid enough to get the job done. I'm 160 and do weighted dips with these. Spacing is decent. Good material. They'll last forever

Purchased for use on my sunny rack and what an amazing value. Easy to use, versatile, and very durable. The plate pin is for non Olympic plate holes though so keep that in mind when purchasing. I already had a larger pin which was planned. Great value.

After having a poor experience from another company’s dip bars, I ordered a used pair of the Sunny Health and Fitness dip bars. They were a great price and I didn’t have high expectations given my initial order of the different pair. These ones are much higher quality. They fit the rack well and feel much sturdier. The handles are thick and knurled which makes the my grip feel good. My rack 2x2 and 48” wide and dips feel comfortable if not maybe a bit wider than I’d like, but I’m 5”9 so if you’re any taller it will probably feel even better. Exceeded my expectations especially given the price. I do not see any damage or scratches even though it’s a used pair. Would recommend.

Funciona a medias ya que nesecitas comprar otra pieza para anclarlo al rack efectivamente o tener 2 discos grandes (45 o 25lb) para ponerlos acostados en el piso y poner ahí la mina.
