I'll start by saying the scooter is awesome when it works. I only say that because when I received it, it wouldn't take a charge even after charging it all night. My son took it out and rode it for 30 minutes on the charge that came in the battery, then it died. I went to the Elecorange website and sent an email explaining what was going on, and was soon connected with Cathy. The reason I'm giving this scooter 5 stars is because of the customer support I received from Cathy. A few emails back and forth, sending a quick little video and boom - Cathy had a new scooter on the way for my little man. It showed up in two days and life is good. Cathy even told me to keep the first scooter which I will use a voltage meter to track down the issue and see if I can fix. Overall a good product but even better customer service and support!!

Stepdaughter loves it, she shreds on it! She loves the light up wheels, and the battery life is great! Super easy to adjust the height and easy to assemble. Definitely a good value for the price!Five stars!

My 7 year old daughter loves it. She is on the taller side (4’2”) but the handles are tall enough for her. The battery has been awesome so far. The three wheels are great so it sits on its own and she isn’t afraid to ride it.The board where her feet go is kind of short. Both of her feet do not fit on it. Other than this, no complaints!

The media could not be loaded. This electric scooter is absolutely great for small kids. I have 5 kids and my 5, 7 and 8 year olds love their scooters. So lightweight and compact and easy to transport. The elecorange scooter gets great battery life compared to other electric scooters we have had in the past. I have forgotten to charge the battery in between play sessions and the charge held up for multiple sessions without recharging. I feel these scooters are safe and fun for younger kids. The customer service is really helpful. I highly recommend.

Great little scooter. I think it could go faster but, it moves along pretty good and is fast enough that the kids love it. The build and overall quality of this scooter is good. I would buy again.
