I take these as a supplement to my diet and I am fairly active and the added ginseng I think does give me a little boost, I take one in the morning after breakfast. Easy to swallow oval tablet and noindigestion or hartburn.

I couldn't really feel the difference taking the vitamins in lockdown but I thought i'd give them a go instead of my usual seven seas cod liver oil multivitamin. I feel it is good value for money and helps you get the supplements you need.I've reverted back,

They seem to be good although as with any multivitamins, they’re more of a way of topping off any gaps you may have in your nutrition.Centrum is a known brand so can’t imagine they’re bad quality!

Read the other reviews from a few years back suggesting these weren't genuine. Happy to report as of July/August 2022 these seem absolutely identical to those purchased in supermarkets (for double the price!). Seem to have had a good impact on my recover and energy during runs. May be a placebo effect, but I don't believe so. Very happy with the price and performance.

Are these any better than other multivitamins? I'm not sure but I don't think so. Others are certainly cheaper but I got these on offer and thought i'd give them a go.They certainly talk the talk on the box and it's very bright, they're also easy to swallow.... But I don't see any difference in comparison to cheaper versions so I'll stick with them.Just my opinion of course.

Theses are next to tasteless, if you use the correct technique then it should be easy to swallow. As for the long term effects, I've been taking for about a year and a half and haven't had one illness since. Would highly recommend with a balanced diet a good hygiene.
