My experience with this seller couldn't be better. I couldn't be more pleased.That said, my experience with this product is an entirely different matter. However, I am now pleased with my purchase of this kit.That wasn't always the case though. I may be partially at fault for my bad experience since I was somewhat clueless about how to use/install this kit. But in my opinion, a lot of things could/should have been fully explained in the documentation of this kit. Let me explain:This kit has very poor documentation and the seller's English is equally as poor, as to be expected, I suppose. However, I have no issue with the product itself. All my past issues have been resolved to my satisfaction.Due to many incorrect perceptions on my part, I was under the impression that this kit required a separate controller to work, which I never received. The separate controller is shown in the item's pictures on amazon.com. The fact that the kit came with an unclear warning about not connecting the lights improperly, also contributed to my confusion.After describing my problem to the seller via email, he promptly resent me the product which further led me to think that the separate controller was indeed a requirement for this kit.When I received the 2nd package, it was identical to the first one (still no controller). I then felt that maybe the controller wasn't required after all. Since the 1st shipment and the 2nd were identical, I now had 2 identical light kits, I decided to throw caution to the wind and connect the kit to my PC, despite all my previous fears. Much to my amazement and giddiness, the kit came on & worked flawlessly.The kit is now installed, but I'll have to send back the second kit, sigh...

Wiring is a good length, you can adjust the brightness, but can only select red, green, blue, white, or the color cycle. Wish I had more of a variety of colors to choose from. However, the lights look amazing! I am not going to take away any stars just because I am being greedy and want more color options. There has to be an app out there that I can find to control all the lights. I’M ON A MISSION! Haha. Needless to say...it’s my first Gaming PC, and I think it’s pretty f-ing TIGHT!

I like the magnetic feature of this product. It was nice and easy to unbox and place inside tower where I needed it. I didn’t like the lack of instructions that came with it however. I had to use one of my power supply cables to hook it all up. But it’s nice and sleek and affordable most of all.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought the rainbow led strips, not the fans. The leds do not require the fan hub in order to function, it includes its own remote control and receiver. There are many patterns but they are mostly color variations of a handful of patterns. Many patterns employ a single color and many patterns employ two or three colors, and most RGB patterns aren't pretty since they resemble christmas lights. Only the rainbow pattern uses a color continuum. If you are mostly looking to get the rainbow pattern like me, then I would recommend this product.

Love how easy it was to install these strips. The quality is great, they light up bright. My only issue is the remote control and the directions on picture 5 are not the easiest to follow. It makes sense just to play round with the different modes.

The media could not be loaded.  These magnetic LED light strips installed very easily in my computer case and are easily re-positioned if you want to change things up. The instructions for the remote control are poorly written. The flashing patterns can be selected and modified using the remote if you are persistent using trial and error. Other than this annoyance the lights are fantastic. Highly recommended!

If you buy these LED strip you definitely won’t regret it. There are too many color options even get through in one sitting. They install seamlessly using magnets and are really good quality. My only issue is that I did not realize that they used a female molex cable. My power supply only has female molex cables so I was forced to order a male to male molex adapter in order to actually use the LED strips. Other than that they are absolutely fantastic
