I was really pleased when I received my new mini ric aids. they worked great for me right out of the box. I was surprised with the quality of the sound. not only are they very small and light weight and almost invisible, but they actually work great. all of that is super important, but the reason I give them a 5 star rating was when I had a problem with one aid after using about 2 months, they were on top of it and I shipped it back they fixed it and shipped it back to me in just a matter of days. I mean they took care of business! I couldn't be more satisfied with their product or their service.

These devices are definitely quite amazing but just didn't work for me. I'm experiencing significant hearing loss with tinnitus. I know there's no cure for tinnitus, but I was hoping for a device loud enough to overpower the buzzing while clarifying higher frequencies. I would recommend these hearing amplifiersfor those with general hear loss that need a mild to medium boost.

I had two previous hearing aid products one from Otofonis that cost about $1K and one from Hearing Planet that cost $5K and neither lasted over one year. Repairs cost me over $1K and neither lasted. These Neosonic units work perfectly and provide a level of hearing I haven't experienced in years. The baterries last over twice as long too! Terrific product.Wish they had pigtail on sound tube to hold them in a little better, but that's a minor point and certainly not a deal breaker.
