Only brand that I can eat that is lactose free.
Sometimes you are out of this and have to wait ‘til is comes back in. They take the lactose out before. They do not add lactaid to prevent your reaction.

Easy to digest, great texture and flavor
Much easier to digest than regular yogurt containing lactose. The texture and flavor are perfect. I can't go back to regular yogurt. Happy it is organic as I only eat organic.

Perfect for Lactose Free Folks
I love dairy products, but my tummy doesn't.It's been a wild ride trying to find out what products I can eat, so when I found out that I am lactose intolerant, I was heartbroken. Yes, heartbroken.I love yogurt and frequently have it in the morning or as a dessert alternative. I'll add some fresh berries and chia seeds, or add some granola and honey. However, I'm not a huge fan of alternative milk yogurts. I don't like coconut, almond milk yogurt isn't the same, and soy yogurt is meh. Then I found GreenValley lactose free yogurt. It doesn't taste any different than regular yogurt, so I can get the benefits without the pain.Lactose free? Check.Organic? Check.Low fat? Check.Low sugar? Check.Tasty? Check.What more could I ask for? The answer is nothing (except maybe for my body to tolerate lactose, but I don't see that happening).

Better than the best regular yoghurt - just without lactose
