Samsung ME18H704SFS 1.8 cu. ft. Over-the-Range Microwave Oven

I ordered this microwave because it is the same model as the one I have that just broke. I needed this one to fit in the space above my oven. When I received the microwave it had a huge dent in the corner. I immediately contacted them and sent a picture of it and they promptly sent me another one. I'm very pleased with their customer service. Less then a week later I received the second microwave. The microwave works great. The installation wasn't too bad only because there was already one in that spot so all the hard work was already done. However it's heavy and getting it to hook onto the bracket in the space above the oven was tough for two people. I would order from this company again because they have very good customer service.

Nice microwave. Easy to use and I like the dark interior that makes it easier to keep clean. The template that came with it for installation was not accurate so we had to wing it when installing but once in we really liked it.

I bought one of these 11 months ago, in April of 2015.It quit working today. It heats for about 30 seconds and then shuts off. Even though it's still in warranty (but just barely) I might just replace it. Too much hassle calling Samsung.It replaced Samsung's predecessor to this model which I bought in 2012. It broke after 2 years.I was reluctant to buy another Samsung microwave when that happened but I did anyway because the new one would fit in without changing mounting brackets or drilling new holes. This decision was a mistake.I will never buy a Samsung microwave again.

I like the dark enamel interior because it is easy to keep clean. I like the sensor feature because it covers many cooking situations (such as reheat or potato or pizza) and the sensor automatically figures out the correct time and power level. HOWEVER, after only 4 months of use the turntable stopped working. This unit carries a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. That's another thing I like EXCEPT the Samsung website where you sign up for warranty repair does not work.

So far after one month using the microwave. It has performed beautifully it has done everything it says it would, very happy with it, PS you may need a little help to install. In your kitchen

Looked great out of box. Install was easy. Very clean look. Door seems to set about an eighth inch lower then it should witch makes the lines not line up. I can push up on the bottom hinge side and it looks great. For the money I would have liked some qc coming from Samsung. (Witch I'm a big fan of.)

It is just ok.... Looks nice but is not very powerful. Takes a lot longer to heat food than my old one and defrosting is even worse..:

My brother loves it! He's had it for a couple weeks now, and I really hope it lasts! Was more than I'd wanted to pay, but so far it seems worth it!
