Toro Tube-lower Part # 107-3887-03
D**H
OEM Part
As a DIY office worker, it took me a good hour to replace this part in my Toro 20194 Super Bagger lawn mower. Most of that time was spent being careful not to unscrew anything that might cause a problem. FYI, here are the steps that I took:1. Nothing to unscrew yet... Simply remove mulch plug (part# 110-9446) in back of mower.2. Unscrew rear cover (part# 115-3177). It screws directly into the frame, so nothing will go wrong.3. Remove nuts from two screws at top of lower tube (they connect the lower tube to the upper handle). Nothing will fall apart, because there is not enough "give" for the upper handle to separate. Just be careful to put the pull string on the ground (it won't snap back to the engine).4. Inside the frame, remove the nuts from the two screws at bottom of lower tube. Ignore the spring (it's not part of the assembly). Then, remove the screws and the circular metal piece that is essentially a large washer that stationed the nuts. The washer will fall off when the two screws are removed.5. Remove the lower tube and replace with new part.6. Assemble in reverse order.
