You can find additional information on this product on You Tube as well as how to use it. It was invented by a Urologist. I would give it a five stars as it has helped me with my problems. The company is very big on customer satisfaction. I was able to use it for 30 days and if I wanted to return it I could have for a full refund but I did not want to return the product. I use it everyday. You should do the same to see significant results.

Bought one to evaluate for medical use.Complete junk. Not only do they not work for what they were intended, but they keep turning on spontaneously when charging in the middle of the night and making all kinds of racket. Had to throw it away.-- R Carlson MD

Maybe I'm Not Using It Corectly. It is not producing any results. I have followed all instructions. I have used all levels of vibrations. Nothing.I was expecting such good results.

Pros• Runs forever on battery• Easy to charge and has light indicators showing when fully charged• One handed or no-handed (w/rubber band : ) action• Extreme gripping power, like channellocks on your pecker• Fairly quiet and no cords so it can be used anywhere without bothering others• Well built, hard white plastic is durable and cleans easily.• It is compact and fits in small drawer• Pads can get knocked off easily but can be snapped back on quicklyCons• Takes multiple clicks to turn off, and often turns on by itself• For all the "medical" mumbo jumbo this is just a vibrator• Squeezing firmly can cause abrasions so now I use a thick sock• Takes a while to learn how to use it effectively• Lower speeds worked better for me, high speeds just buzzed and rubbed skinConclusion: You can use this for ED rehab, but you constantly have to change the angle and/or regrip. When I first used it I was excited since I felt some sensations, but then lost my position and couldn’t find it easily again. Most other vibrators are better and more consistent in this regard since they are buzzing the whole member and once you are going nothing needs to be adjusted. What I found most effective for this device is to use the low speed vibrate, then to grab the head with the pads while pulling away from your body. Keeping this tension on your shaft, gradually stretch your member in circles of increasing radius until you find a spot on the radar where the vibes work. With the pads holding just under the head this can usually bring good sensations. Bad news is the tool slips off the spot within minutes. Not only does this kill the buzz, you have to sweep the scope to pick up anything again. Overall a rather unique approach for this scissors- styled vibrator but just too much work and trouble to keep finding new locations to get the buzz going again. I'll be returning this item.PS: Note to the manufacturer, this product could be improved 100% by making the pads curved so they would hold the shaft or head better. With curved pads it would be possible to stay on that sweet spot, but these flat pads constantly slide off to one side or the other. If pressure is increased to try and stay in position, the added pressure can be painful and causes abrasions.

A little loud, but works as stated. Hubby had prostate cancer 4 years ago. He went through radiation therapy and hormone therapy. I love my husband very much and would do anything for him. He is intimate with me and seems to love to pleasure me, so I wanted to do everything in my power to make him feel like a man again. It is very difficult on a man when they suffer from ED for whatever reason. This was a surprise gift as Cialis and Viagra did not work and he had some real issues with headache and blood pressure lows when taking it. I purchased and we tried the vacuum device, however the part that traps in the blood supply at the base of the penis is very uncomfortable for him and is difficult to remove. It didn't work well at all for him. The Virberect seems to be bringing the nerves back to life a little at a time and he has been using it now for 3 weeks. He didn't use it regularly as directed in the beginning. I think he was gun shy from the other failed methods. However he was able to have an orgasm last weekend when using it and has begun using it regularly now. We are beginning to see some real improvement. I would recommend it highly for anyone suffering through prostate cancer or following the treatment of prostate cancer.I am angry at the urologist and oncologist that never once mentioned it would be a great idea to continue to have regular sexual intercourse during the long treatment period so your nerves and muscles don't go to sleep and get dormant. This is evidently very important and maybe things would not have been as difficult following treatment. God Bless any man and his woman as well that are going through ED for any reason.

I had a spinal cord injury about 10 years ago. I was having problems with delayed ejaculation. I have to use ED meds to become and stay erect but was unable to achieve an orgasm. The Viberect helps me achieve this. It does not work every time but more so then before.

This item was purchased for my husband. We hoped it would help with the post prostatectomy E.D.,unfortunately it did not. He used it for 3 weeks and did not see any noticeable improvement. We returned the item.
