Best training method out there!!!
I used the vhs tape of Water Dog many years ago to train my Labrador and she was excellent! Using the DVD now for my new lab puppy and after only a week I can see huge changes. Best training guide there is in my opinion... Only 9 weeks old and 25 lbs and already retrieves dummies on command like a champ!

Richard A Wolters is the best
Richard A Wolters is the best at what he does.... He speaks on layman's terms to where anyone can understand him and then be able to follow through with his instructions... I have learned everything that I have learned about training through reading all of his books plus some more but he is by far the best when it comes to training Retreivers.

Not the best one not the worst one
This book is not what I call a great guideIf you will read more basic books on the matter you will find yourself a better deal.It is not as great as barbara Woodhouse books not of william.k it was fine to read but did nothing to improve my knowledge of the subject
