Good quality, good value and compact.
Ease of use, and all as mentioned in the title.

it is good though... ...
This monopod, as it indicated, is indeed lightweight, sturdy and small enough to put in a backpack. Good value! The only pity is that, its extended length is a bit short. For a 170cm man, you would need a monopod of 175cm or 180cm, and you can only find this out in field photo activity.

Good gear.
Well made and supporting 60d and 70-200 lens. Fits in my camera bag. Short enough to position on the seat when in stadium seating. while it wouldn't replace my Manfrotto monopod it's compact size makes it very useful in confined spaces. Very good value for money.

Very nice monopod
It's the smallest monopod you can get folded up(350mm or 35cm) works nicely, nice foam grip and it also has a reversible thread mount. All in all, well worth the money.

Good Quality
Good Quality at a fair price. I have tested to steady my camera for a long zoom, it makes a big difference.
