Outlet Boxes Work Well
The quad outlet box worked very well for my project, installing security cameras. I especially like the treaded metal faceplate connectors. I think they make for a more secure faceplate installation since they need to also support the weight of the camera.

Worked Perfectly.
I used it as a low profile single to double extension box to combine outlets for a heater and air conditioner.

Should come with a cover
Works perfect to extent for installing Zwave switches but it is hard to find a cover that fits exactly. Most DIY stores only fave the large and x-large cover but you need a standard for this box.

Good little box
My local stores didn't carry these, so ordered from Amazon. Well made little box. Holds very securely when snapped onto the base. Takes calking well, but I've not tried painting them (white works for me). I used these to house the connections to security cameras, and they worked very well for this as they have a good selection of cutout options to allow for different cable types and layout options.Does the job.

Great!
Nice box for surface mounting or just 'on the floor' for custom work. I built a motion-detector for my Florida Room. Someone needs to explain to me what the raised things are for - in two corners - partially seen in the photo upper-right? Comes with quality screws and even some small cable ties to secure things. Plenty of mounting holes/options too!

A few issues, but workable
Wish it had been a little deeper, but the online specs don't list this dimension.On my second try I was barely able to fit a GFCI outlet and a dual switch module in the box.At one point I briefly cross-threaded a screw, which pulled the brass threaded insert out of the plastic. Fortunately some Super Glue seems to have fixed that.All things considered, more hassle than expected but ultimately it worked.Note to readers: my "star" ratings are different from most. Three stars means it does the job with no major problems. 4 stars means "better than expected", and the rare 5 stars means "it surprised and delighted me with how good it is".

Great box
This is a great box with plenty of areas you can 'cut out' to maneuver your cables as you need. Coming from either behind the wall or in front of the wall via side-access holes. Remember, this is a surface mount. It comes with sticky tape as well as screws to screw it in. I am a big fan of this.

Great until, Strong build quality for plastic.
Great Unit Perfect size well made, A little Lindsey and I wish it was a bit sturdier however the screw holes to screw in that outlet or light switch arthritis with metal and fits perfectly nice and flush. I think the unit is great, want to but more, I just wish there was more options to mount unit.
