The product is well designed & manufactured. It has an appeal with good finish. Yet, I suggest following for improving customer satisfaction(...as also your business):1. Along with the wheels, keep one page instruction brochure guiding, how to dismantle the wornout wheels from the trolley & assemble the new one.2. You can also consider selling only the outer rubber ring pair which can be just rolled over on the rim.3. While selling the trolley, offer the wheel pair too at some price advantage, if bought together.4. As regards Trolley bag, please provide two fastening straps/ strings at the bottom so that it can be tied with the frame...thus avoid bag from swaying sideways.5. The price of the wheel pair is bit high.If reqd you can contact me for any further advice.Wishing you the best.

Wheels are nice and get attached to Everbest Trolley quite easily but they are slightly expensive. I just appreciate the fact that Everbest sells the bag and wheels separately. They deserve a lot of applause for that.

Excellent.. My new veg trolley bag was of no use once one of its wheel had broken.. thanx to these replacement wheels it's bck in use.. very happy..

Poor quality product, big problem at the connector mechanism as it lossened very fast and the wheel comes out after only one trip, because the pin that hold on to the trolley rod give up the grip and plastic hole in the wheel becomes weak this when doesn't stay longer.

Availability of this product helped me to reuse the trolley bag I had already, other wise I had no other way than to throw away the old bag.
