Excellent product and value - I love it!
I love using this so much that I bought another one to give to a colleague as a house warming gift and he loves it too. Simple to install with the template and length of power cord. Easy to use and excellent accessories. Length of hose and stretch enables me to use it as a vacuum in our 6m x 7m open plan living, dining, kitchen. The kick switch is a life saver for sucking up sweepings and cleaning the broom too. I love this and highly recommend it. Every time I use it, I say out loud "this is so awesome", my husband is starting to get annoyed but I can't help myself. lol

It can burn
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for £200 and unfortunately from the first used, we smelt a smoke and it was burntThank God nothing happened to the house or it will be a disasterI never thought this will happen. I don’t know what to do. I don’t know how to replace it and I don’t know how to get a refund.
