Q: Has anyone tried this on a cat? She hates the spray on her but I love it as it does work. Just wondering if she would let me wipe her with it?

I know this is an old question, but just an FYI for others; for sprays on my cats-who also run for the hills soon as they see the bottle, I'll spray the stuff on my hands with gloves on then sneakily pet them. By the time they realize what I've done, it's too late :) Washcloth would work too.

Q: do you have to use these wipes every day on dogs..

Sassy, I use these to slow down the fleas. I have not found them to prevent fleas from getting on my dogs. So, I use them to help catch them. I live in Florida and fleas this year are terrible. One of my little guys can't use the pesticide meds because they cause him to have seizures. So, finding anything natural that works 100% is impossible. To answer your question directly, I do use them daily because my guys get fleas daily.

Q: Would the wipes work on a small mammal? Like a rat?

It is important to know if rodents are sensitive to the essential oils in the wipes. You should research this instead of trying to experiment. If it were my pet, I would not take the risk without knowing.

Q: is this the same stuff as the spray ? same ingredients ?

Yes. IN my opinion, it is better to use on dogs. Mine seem to enjoy being wiped down with the wipes. I use the spray on their bedding and carpet. Highly recommend.
