Great for people on low Vitamin A diet
It's pretty easy to get too much vitamin A stored in your liver after years of multivitamins with 2x RDA, organ meats, and fortified bread products, so this multi is great to help relieve the toxicity.

Instead of paying as premium for the name brand, this product contains all the same identical vitamins ands minerals for a fraction of the price

no beta carotene
When I found out about smoking and betacaratene in vitamins (can increase chances of lung cancer) I ordered these. I eat my carrots but the doc wants me on a multivitamin so I am hoping these do well.

Broken tablets
They appear to be what I was looking for in a vitamin, but about 25% of the tablets were broken. Not sure if that’s common on this brand.
