If you’re stuck between EltaMD and Drmtlgy then heres a little side by side. I decided to not keep either one, only because they’re both extremely sheer and not what I’m looking for.Drmt has a white cast that turns pink. If you’re white and/or pink then I guess it’ll work? The texture is a lot lighter and “watery” compared to EltaMD.If I were to pick one, id be Elta only because I’m tanned and feel it looks better on tan skin.Pictures with and without flash.Hope this helps! thanks for reading. This product came highly recommended from a friend who works in a dermatology office. I love the coverage it gives and how soft my skin feels. I can wear this without any other foundation! The SPF 40 is also a bonus! Overall, its contains a high SPF, great for skin, gives a nice sheer coverage with a very light weight feel! I will continue to by elta MD products!! I'm hooked!

I love this product and would buy again. The texture is so silky and blends in nicely without any residue or beading off. The sun protection is great, as well! The only reason I deducted a star is for potential color consideration for others. I would typically buy a slight shade or two up from the fairest options for foundation/tinted moisturizer. This tinted sunscreen was slightly a bit orange/darker than my skin when I tried it at the very beginning of summer. Now that I'm about a month into summer and have gotten some sun, this sheer shade is perfect.

I am acne-prone, and so far, so good. I required a good SPF, as I am on tretinoin. Thankfully, it has not been pilling with my La Roche-Posay Lipikar Daily Moisturizing Lotion. Only issue is, it's pretty greasy and the tint can transfer to clothing (typical of a tinted SPF). There is no matte finish; however, it wears well under makeup. Def worth the splurge after trying all the drugstore SPF.

Best SPF sunscreen! I swapped my tinted mousturizer for this now that it’s summer and it’s lightweight, goes on easy, looks great under makeup or alone, does not have a strong smell (which I prefer on my face). Highly recommend! I bought the non-tinted version too and my husband loves it!
